A Pro in the making…

When you’re young, the possibilities ahead of you feel endless. Your only limits are the boundaries of your own dreams. I’ve always believed that big dreams create big realities.  Whenever I photograph young athletes, I aim to capture them in a way that feels larger than life—bigger than their current perception of themselves. The idea is simple: if they can see themselves as something greater, they’ll start to believe their lives can be just as big as their dreams.

For this session, I used a wide-angle lens to bring as much of the environment into the frame as possible—every detail reflecting the hard work he’s put in. I wanted to show him in his element: confident, focused, and introspective.

It takes me back to when I was just starting out in photography, filled with uncertainty but driven by passion. No one knows exactly what the future holds, but if you believe in yourself and train like a professional, your chances of becoming one grow exponentially.

Keep working hard, young fella—you’re a pro in the making.
